Telephone Isabgol is psyllium husk from Telephone, a long-trusted isabgol brand in Indian homes. Psyllium husk comes from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant — India grows most of the world's supply, mainly in Gujarat and Rajasthan — and is a natural source of soluble dietary fibre.
